Initial situation
We were looking for: Service staff (m/f/d); Cooks (m/f/d); Baggage handlers (m/f/d)
LTS Nordic was facing a challenging situation. The company urgently needed staff for its airport operations, ranging from VIP service staff to cooks and baggage handlers.
However, the specific challenge was that the airport is located outside the city, which made recruitment much more difficult. This remote location led to a shortage of qualified applicants who were willing and able to make the commute to the airport.
In addition to the geographical challenge, timing was critical. The need for new employees was high and the open positions had to be filled quickly to ensure smooth operations. Therefore, LTS Nordic was looking for an effective solution to solve the staffing problem and attract qualified candidates for the open positions.
Procedure
To fill the urgently needed positions quickly, LTS Trans turned to WorkerHero. A recruiting campaign was used here.
Individual campaigns were developed for each of the applicant profiles sought. These were played out on various channels in order to achieve the most effective reach possible within the respective target group.
Interested parties were then directed to landing pages created specifically for the campaign, where they could find out more about the open positions and apply directly. With this specific and customized approach, WorkerHero ensured that enough applications were generated within a very short time.
Finally, the qualified applicant profiles were collected in the WorkerHero software and made available to LTS Trans. This allowed the company to quickly and efficiently access a group of qualified applicants to fill their open positions.
The result
The collaboration with WorkerHero was a complete success and delivered impressive results for LTS Trans. A total of 227 qualified applicants were generated, which is a significant achievement given the challenges the company was facing.
The recruitment rate is even more impressive. Of the qualified applicants, 51 were successfully integrated into the company. This corresponds to a recruitment rate of 22%, which is an excellent result considering the specific challenges and the high demand for qualified employees.
The hires were spread across the various positions sought: 11 VIP service staff, 15 cooks and 25 baggage handlers were successfully recruited. This shows that WorkerHero's customized campaign was effective and reached the right candidates for the various positions.
